COVID-19 Policies

With the current COVID-19 pandemic situation being so dynamic and with government policies changing constantly,  we want to make sure that you still feel comfortable and safe planning your 2021 summer or fall vacation with us.


We feel strongly that renting a private cabin for you and your family or household and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking and photography are among the safest and most restorative forms of outdoor recreation available anywhere and that people engaging in these activities is absolutely vital to the health and well-being of the public.


To that end, we would like to keep our guests and potential visitors advised of pertinent information related to the pandemic so you can plan accordingly.

Policy Changes & Safety Protocols

On a temporary basis BLANKETS & PILLOWS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED in any of our cabins in 2021. Only sheets and towels will be provided until further notice. Guests must bring their own pillows, blankets, sleeping bags etc. - no exceptions.

Due to additional health and safety protocols requiring more time to disinfect our facilities, Check-in time is now 4pm and check-out time is 9:30am. No early check-ins or late check-outs.

Please be advised that a COVID-19 policy consistent with state and local public health orders has been implemented and compliance with these guidelines will be mandatory for all staff and guests to minimize risk.  Expect many of the same guidelines that may have been implemented back home including situations where face coverings and social distancing may be required. 

We would also like to assure our guests and potential visitors that your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Parchers Resort and South Lake Landing are and always have been dedicated to maintaining compliance with local health and safety orders and will incorporate any new best-practice cleaning and sanitizing recommendations from our county into our existing procedures where appropriate. A complete list of the cleaning products used in our cabins, store and kitchen are available upon request.  

Deposits & Cancellations
All reservations are
TENTATIVE based on county, state & federal public health orders. In the event we are not permitted to operate as planned, we will provide affected guests with a full refund. We will provide guests with as much notice as possible should this occur.

A 50% pre-tax deposit is still required for all new bookings and 30 days notice is still required for changes or cancellations in order to receive a refund. The only exception is a government mandated closure. For more information on our cancellation policy please see our Policies page.
